Conference and Exposition Location

Breakout sessions, panel discussions, plenary sessions and the exposition will take place Wednesday and Thursday, November 5th and 6th, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

Located in the heart of downtown Philadelphia, the Pennsylvania Convention Center is just a short walk away from public transportation, shopping and cultural attractions. Across the street from the colorful Reading Terminal Market, as well as the traditional Chinatown region. The Convention Center is the gateway to Philadelphia. Ground Transportation:

The Philadelphia is easily accessible by automobile, train or bus. The Convention Center is only 3 hours from New York City, 2-1/2 hours from Washington, DC, eight miles from the Philadelphia International Airport, and close to the AMTRAK 30th Street Station & the Peter Pan Bus Terminal.

Taxi Fare: A taxi from Philadelphia International Airport to the Convention Center costs approximately $20.

Airport Shuttle: The Lady Liberty Airport Shuttle is available from the Philadelphia International Airport. Reservations are not necessary. The Lady Liberty shuttle runs 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. You can locate Lady Liberty vans at the baggage claim area or by dialing #27 on any airport phone. Lady Liberty will prearrange shuttle service also. Shuttle service cost is $8 each way.

Parking: Several lots are available in the direct vicinity of the Convention Center.

Train: The SEPTA R1 High Speed Rail Line runs from the Philadelphia International Airport to 30th Street Station for $5.00. It is a short taxi ride from the station to the Convention Center.

Climate and Dress
The average temperature in Philadelphia in early November is 50 degrees. Dress is business casual for all meetings. That means no ties! Dress for Wednesday night's dinner is business attire.
